The property taken as security is to be insured, with our interest noted on the Insurance Policy. This is to be confirmed in writing by the borrowers solicitor.

We will carry out a credit search on the Borrower for confirmation of credit history and that they are on the electoral roll.

In respect of Residential property, where there are additional occupants aged 18yrs. and over, we will require a signed and witnessed Occupier’s Consent to a waiver of their rights in the event of repossession, from each individual.

All legal costs will be deducted from the advance.
