Documentation and Information
In respect of these points, the information provided by the Borrower must be
as accurate as possible and the borrower must not falsify any information
or documentation.
The Borrower must complete and sign our standard
Loan Application Form.
You will need to confirm to us that your client has no
undisclosed cautions, charges or pending action of bankruptcy.
A
valuation Report on the property to be taken as Security, is to be provided
by a firm of Valuers listed on our panel. The valuation report is to be addressed
to Catalyst Securities Ltd and either Barclays Bank plc or National Westminster
Bank plc.
Completion of signed Statement of Assets and Liabilities.
Certified copy of Passport
or photo Driving Licence ( Certified by Borrowers Solicitor).
Two home utility bills, originals only and to be no more than three months old.
Written
confirmation and evidence from either yourself or your client's Solicitor
as to the status of the proposed intended method of repayment of the loan advance.
Undertaking
from your client's Solicitor to our Solicitor, to pay the legal costs
of Catalyst Securities Ltd in the event that the advance is not made for any
reason whatsoever.
