The following notes provide a detailed checklist of ALL of the information and related matters required in order to complete a loan case to a speedy and efficient drawdown.

It is important that the prospective borrower and their Solicitor's recognise that once we have issued an offer for a Bridging Loan and that offer has been accepted by the prospective borrower, the time it takes to complete the loan to drawdown, is almost totally dictated by the speed in which the borrower and their Solicitor attends to all of the required matters needed to complete.

These notes will assist you and your client to ensure that we can act efficiently and effectively towards a quick completion of the loan advance.
